glenda_maningas,

When someone tries to call you via FaceTime, what do they see on their end? For example, are they getting an error message that you’re not available or that your number/email address are not registered or does it appear to them as if you’re just not answering the call?

Did you have a chance to walk through the steps under, ‘If you can't make or receive FaceTime calls’ in the following article - If you can't make a FaceTime call on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch? These steps can tell us a lot in the way of isolation such as whether there is a network issue, if FaceTime may need to be activated, etc.

Thank you.

Greetings glenda_maningas,

We understand there are some issues with FaceTime, but want to ask a few questions to get some clarification.

Is the issue that you’re not receiving calls or that you’re not receiving notifications of missed calls?

Can you tell us what your contacts say happens when they try to call you via FaceTime?

We’d also like to have you follow the steps under, ‘If you can't make or receive FaceTime calls’ in the following article - If you can't make a FaceTime call on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch We know you referenced this article already, but want to be sure those steps were accounted for.

Thanks.
