Videos keep pausing
Videos keep pausing on the phone, Netflix, ticktock and Facebook. Tried restarting phone and nothing works. No internet problems because videos stored oh phone keep pausing

Just to confirm, this only happens with videos downloaded to your device. Is that correct? If so, does it also happen with videos you take using the camera? Is there a message or controls showing on the screen when this happens?
