I need help with getting my Snapchat back for some reason a third party app made me loose access to my Snapchat

See I done it all also and I went and got a iPhone 13 thinking maybe I need an upgraded phone but I already had the iPhone 11 which isn’t old just about 2 years I only used the phone for a year an a half so I went and got a new phone and I was able to make a new one so I was using it and so childish old friends of mine wanna report my pictures of me and my boyfriend in the mirror bc they jealous that he came back to me. They didn’t wanna be adults about the situation but I’ve tried everything texted emailed Snapchat and they won’t do nothing about a thing they really need to fix the app or delete it completely literally Snapchat is only good for their camera if there was just snap without the chat I would be perfectly fine with it I only use it for its camera.
