App Store issues
My App Store is asking for verification every time I try to download purchase an app and even when I verify it still says after that I need to verify

The system may have determined that you need a valid payment method. Do you have one in your account details? If you don't have a valid payment method, do you have a NONE option among the payment methods? If not, then you need to supply a valid method.
On a Mac;
Open the Music app
Choose the iTunes Store
Choose Account in the Music Quick Links on the right side of the store window
Sign in to your Apple ID
Add a payment method to your account details
On an iOS device;
Open the Settings app
Chose your Apple ID
Choose Payment & Shipping
Add a payment method to your account details
