If you want to change what Apple ID is used for your subscription, see: How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support, then Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac - Apple Support, and finally Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support and resubscribe to the service with this new Apple ID.
