I want to change my HomePod to my iPhone from my wife's iPhone because I have more music and available memory on my phone.

The best way is resetting and removing the HomePod from that iPhone and set it to the other iPhone you won’t lose your music because that came from Apple Music HomePod it’s just a smart speaker if doesn’t stored your music
