I think you have it backwards. You cannot see if someone has silenced alerts on someone else's iPhone, but you can see if you have silenced alerts for a user on your device.
Thanks, but it tells me that they have notifications silenced. I can’t remove it from my screen(screenshot attached). I couldn’t care less what a contact is doing with their settings.
