MacBook Air arrow keys are squeaky?

Got a brand new MacBook Air M1 for Christmas and only after five days of use the arrow keys are squeaky? The right arrow key is the worst, then the left arrow keys squeaks. The up arrow key cracks and the down arrow squeaks as well. None of the other keys on my keyboard are like this and I have not brought food or drinks near it. Can someone help because I'm really upset and frustrated that this has happened after only 5 days.
