Need updated
My iOS is 12.5 updated I need iOS 14 for my new iPad ..How can I get updated to iOS 14 ?

If you are on any variant of 12.5 and your device claims its up to date, your device is too old to update any further. You will need a new iPad to support any higher operating system.
