Question

Iphone 11 Pro won't stay powered off after shutdown.

I've tried all the different ways to power the phone off but it always powers itself back on. Is anyone else having this issue? Using ios 15.2

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 15

That's really good to know. Do you use a case with your iPhone? If so, remove the case to see if the same thing happens as the case could be pushing on the button to turn it back on. If that's not the issue, we recommend reaching out to Apple Support to look into this more: Get Support

If so, how long does it take before your iPhone turns back on? Which software version shows in Settings > General > About? The more details you can share, the better.

Yes I've used all the steps to power off the phone. Once it does power off it'll start back up after about 10 seconds. Just noticed it doing it about a month ago. Of course the only way to keep it powered off is to run the battery down to where it shuts itself off. I've thought about a reset of iPhone but will go there if it's the last resort.

Just took the case off, shut the phone off under "General" and 8-10 seconds it powers itself back on. Oh well. Looks like Apple support might have to help with this. Thanks for trying though.
