Instacart & Apple Pay

My family has an instacart account. I used apple pay once to pay for an order a year ago. Apparently they keep access to your apple pay. Because the site switch the preferred card yo my apple pay and auto charged me for the subscription. It seem their is no way on either website or apple pay/wallet to remove the card, and permission or block instacart charges. I don’t know how to fix this. If I removed my card it’ll just charge another card on my apple pay. I’m at a loss of what to do here.
