How to transcribe spotify podcasts on iphone

I listen to spotify podcasts and YouTube videos. Alot of the time there’s interesting sections of a podcast for example that I’d like to save without having to save the whole thing. I’ve been looking for an app or a simple way to do this. The best thing I’ve found is otter.ai. It records audio and transcribes text at the same time. The downside is that it does so as a recording like a voice memo. I’d rather have something that clips the audio itself. You can’t record audio if you’re wearing headphones which is a big downside to otter to me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
