Facetime call history on Mac OS Monterey

My Macbook used to have only the history of FaceTime calls. Now it pulls ALL call information from my iPhone, including all regular cell phone calls. I don’t want this. I want my history on FaceTime on my iPad back to only show FaceTime calls so I don’t have to search through my extensive list of calls just to find a family member with whom I want to do a FaceTime session. Why would this change?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 12.0

Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities Houston346,

We see that you're seeing all of your call history in your FaceTime recent call history. We'd like to help.

You mentioned this is a recent change. Have you made any changed to your settings on your Mac recently? Do you have your calls set up to forward from your iPhone to your Mac?

Set up your iPhone and FaceTime on Mac for phone calls

Make and receive phone calls in FaceTime on Mac

If you have your Mac configured this way, that would be why you would be seeing all of your call history.

Let us know if you have additional questions or if this is not how you have your Mac configured.

Have a great day!

The only thing I have done lately was to upgrade to Monterey. I rechecked the setting you listed with your link and they are off. I had this problem a year or so ago with an upgrade like this time. There were some other settings available at that time, that correctd the problem, that are not available anymore.

I'm still looking for suggestions.

Thx...

Bob
