My iphone 7 wont turn on, I tried holding down the power and the sound buttons. Every possible youtube video hasnt worked, and iv been trying all day.

My iPhone 7 wont turn on, I tried resetting by holding down the sound and power button, but it never works. I have tried Google, YouTube, and nothing has helped. Even though the screen is black the home button still movies and the phone vibrate when a charger is being plugged into it. However, it has stayed black and has not turned on. I hope I can get some help and hopefully turn it on.
