How do I change my daughter's birthday for her account?

I set up my daughter's email and itunes account for her when she was born so that I could get a specific address and used a fack birth date. Now that she's 16, she cant use a lot of the features like apple pay because her birthdays dont match up so its coming up with fraud warnings. How do I fix her birth date with apple?
