imessage

my imessaging isn’t working & it’s been 24 hours, i bought this phone 2 days ago now & ever since i’ve set it up it’s saying there’s an error on imessage & im not sure how to fix it, i’ve called apple support & they’ve told me some things i can do but none of it has helped

As indicated in this support document, If you can’t turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support you need to wait for a period of time after trying the troubleshooting steps. If it still won't allow you to activate iMessage, then you have to contact Apple Support. They are the only ones that can assist you get connected to iMessage if it won't work using the normal steps. No one here could assist you with that. I'm sorry.
