No Notification Center on macOS Monterey

Hey I am using an intel MacBook Air running macOS Monterey and the Notification Center is not showing up, also Siri is not working no matter how much I try.

I have checked all settings are on, the notifications just appear in the notification center but no popups on the top right corner when they come in. I do have them set to alert and still no popups. I also when I get a call is not showing up on my mac after upgrading to Monterey.Even when I click on the Siri icon, it’s not working for my admin user. I created a different user, everything works well, but for the main account, the admin, it’s not working. I also followed up instructions in a similar issue, where I had to boot my computer in safe mode but it’s not working.

I hope to hear from you, thank you and happy new year

A lot of good trouble shooting has been done and bravo for that :-))

It would appear from what has already been done - there is something in the Main Admin Account playing up.

Suggest downloading the Application Etrecheck directly from a well Respected ASC Contributor.

The application is free or paid from added features.

Run the application with Full Disc Access ( Security & Privacy - Full Disc Access ).

It will take a Snap Shot -  both the hardware and software.

The Report will Not Reveal Any Personal Information.

Post back the Full Report - copy and paste - using the Additional Text Icon ( 3rd Icon to last )

We can have a look at the report for possible issues and may have possible suggestions to resolve the issues.

Any Third Party Applications that will interfere with the normal operation of the OS, alter, modify, remove or delete or attempt to do so is an invitation for disaster and may require a Reinstallation of the OS.

This includes AntiVirus, Disk Cleaners, Disk Optimizes, UnInstaller etc.

The The Built in Security  is all that is required.
