iPad Mini 6 USB transfer speed is only 480Mb/s with Macbook

Hi there, I've read that the iPad Mini 6's USB-C supports USB 3.1 Gen 1 transfer speed of up to 5Gb/s. However, when it is connected to my Macbook Pro (2016) using a USB 3.1 cable, System Information shows that the transfer speed with the iPad Mini 6 is only up to 480Mb/s.

For verification, the same USB-C port on my Macbook Pro and the same cable is usually used with an external SSD, where System Information shows a transfer speed of up to 10Gb/s.

Does anyone else face the same issue with their iPad Mini 6? And if so, is there something misleading going on with the iPad Mini 6's technical specs details?
