Mindfulness app Apple Watch series 6 I have updated to iOS8 and the mindfulness app does not appear. Restarts on watch and phone have been conducted with no resolution.

Apple Watch 7: Mindfulness does not start Apple Watch 7 brings up Mindfulness periodically as it did with my previous watch. However, the only workable item to touch is Done. At the top, it shows the Mindfulness area, with the round logo and the word Reflect. But missing from my view is the green border around the above area, no doubt indication focus for touching, and the 3 dots. No matter what I touch, the only think that works is Done. The Mindfulness Minutes Today area always says 1MIN, despite the app not working for weeks. i got the watch day one available last month, it did work for a week or two.
