Why my card has been charged $.15.99? I don't see any subscriptions on iTunes and there is no purchase on purchase history.

If it's not showing up in your purchase history, check your cards to ensure there is an actual charge. If you received an email about a charge, it might be a phishing attempt: Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams
