Hi my current iPhone 11 has now a no service issue after I dropped it. It was in a case and there appears to be no external damage. The phone works perfectly on WiFi but I can't use mobile data or make and recieve calls... is it worth getting fixed

While the y_w_p probably has the best advice, I will give an alternate:
I have a LifeProof case, fully encloses the iPhone and promises no damage on drop. If your case promises protection, you could at least look at their website to see if they carry the cost of damage. FULL DISCLOSURE: I have never needed to ask LifeProof because I never had a malfunction from a fall, so I can only suggest this.
Still, even if they might, the hassle may not be worth the effort.
As a last-ditch self-service, possibly not a common issue from falls ... if you have a physical SIM instead of eSIM, did you try to remove and re-seat it?
Depends on what was damaged. I suppose anything is possible, like the connection to the cellular antenna was disrupted.

Same problem. Mine fell 20 cm on carpet. Like wtf?! How can that kill my phone. It’s in a case as well.
