How do I restore or find the keychain password I accidentally deleted?

I accidentally deleted a password in my keychain on my iPhone. It is the only one I didn't have backed up to my Microsoft Edge passwords. Is there any way I can recover it or find it somehow? The password is for my iPhone notes, so if the first question is not possible, how would I go about getting access to my notes on my iPhone/iCloud that is locked with a password? PLEASE AND THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 15

Hello CDesmond13,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you deleted your Notes password and want to know how to retrieve it. We are happy to help.

There is not a way to reset the password for your Notes. You are able to try different passwords to see if you can unlock the Note. Please see the bottom paragraph of the section titled “Change your Notes password” here: How to lock notes on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

When you delete a password from your iCloud Keychain, there is not a way to retrieve that password once deleted.

Let us know if you have further questions.

Take care.

Hi CDesmond13,

When accessing a locked note, you can be asked to enter the password or Face ID or Touch ID. You are able to change the password, but it will not provide you access to the note that you forgot the password for. You can follow the steps in the section titled “If you forgot your notes password” in the previously provided link.

Let us know if you have further questions.

Take care.

Oooooooo that literally hurts my heart. 3 years have been on that note and working on it and just decided to lock it a couple of weeks ago. I had face ID enabled however when trying to enter the note this time it never gave me the option to use faceID to get in and only offers me to enter my password. That is the main reason I enable face ID is to act as a failsafe in case something happens to my password, but yet it never asked me to log in with faceID even though it has been enabled since implementing the note...
