My Tuscan apple play just stopped working. It’s a 2018 and I just got it 2 weeks ago.what to do??

i just purchased a 2018 Hyundai Tucson with apple play

it was working fine for the first 2 weeks. I got in car this morning and I cannot get it to work

icon is frozen as well

any idea what happened?

Troubleshooting CarPlay and iPhone:

What to Try:

A. Pair in Park:

Try unpairing the phone. Then, pair it back. Perform this while in while in park.


B. View the Owner's Manual:

See what the Owner's Manual of your car says when you read it.
