I have a same issue with microphone while using it over a speaker for WhatsApp and messenger call that I am not audible in between also if there is any kind of noise on any of the end then also I am not audible over a call. This is really fraustrating most of the time as we spent in a brand which has these kind of issue. And this is just one month old and i am getting disappointed every single day.
please do fix it.

Thanks for completing those steps. Were you able to test the issue using Siri and Voice Memos? The reason we're asking because if there is an issue with the microphone, then Voice Memos will possibly provide an error or not playback your voice in a recording. This also allows us to test it using Apple apps since you only mentioned the issue with third party apps.

have already tried all steps mentioned in provided link and it did not help me any way also it can not be an issue with network and apps. It is something very specific to iPhone 13pro.
