How to get a refund for undelivered AirPods

I lost my air pod case and had bought a replacement I paid 70 bucks for it and apple said it would take 3-5 days to get to my house it’s been almost a month and it’s not here and I haven’t heard any update about it and now I just want a refund because I found my lost case
