So I recently bought iPad mini and I was setting up the Apple ID. After I did it I tried to download necessary apps but it said that this Apple ID was not used in iTunes Store and I have to I have to provide city, zip etc. I filled all the data and then it said that I have to ask iTunes support to finish the transaction. I don’t have an iPhone, also when it asked about payment I choosed “none”. Can you help me?
