If this is an Intel MacBook Air, then save yourself enormous grief and isolate Windows 10 from the rest of macOS. Either by use of Apple's Boot Camp, or as a Virtual Machine guest using the free VirtualBox, or paid versions of VMware or Parallels Desktop. Installing Windows 10 to replace macOS is not supported by Apple or these communities.

If you have an M1 MacBook Air, then there is no means to install Windows 10 as the Intel architecture Windows 10 will not run on Apple Silicon (arm64) hardware. Not even in a Virtual Machine as a guest.
