I can’t hear voice calls

My IPhone 7+, when I make a call the person can’t hear me and I also can’t hear the person. Even when I put call on speaker still the person can’t hear me and I also can’t hear the person. But when I play music I can hear it from the speaker.

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support

All response done. Still I can’t hear the person and the person also can’t hear me. I can hear the ringer alert sound in sound setting. But still I can’t her the person and the person can’t hear me even when is on speaker.
