Can I download songs I purchased but accidentally deleted my library on my PC?

I accidentally deleted my iTunes folder that contained all my music files. Because of the size of the deletion, the act could not be undone/restored. Is there a way I can download my purchases again?

ITunes on my PC doesn’t have the option to redownload songs. Only asks me if I want to locate the song on my PC. Help!
