I updated My iMac Big Sur to 11.6.2 but it has deleted all my paper icc profiles, all the pictures I now print are VERY VERY dark. No printer settings will change that. Printing from an old windows laptop the colours are fine, so not the printer at fault. I have reload Big Sur still no good. Must be the update. I have been able to down loaded my ilford paper profile, still no good.

Does anyone know how to recover my profile.

Please do the following in this order:

Uninstall all printer mfg. software (Canon, HP, Brother etc....) software, put in the Trash and empty the Trash.
Please reset the printing system per Reset the Mac printing system to solve a problem
Next, follow the instructions in Adding a printer

I'm having the same problem. 11.6.3 doesn't help. Tried to go back to 11.6.1 but had to erase everything on the disk drive. Took 4 days to get back to a working machine with 11.6.2 - but profiles still not useable. Apple needs to fix this - any photograopher worth their salt will use colour profiles for printing.
