Not able to update to latest version
My iPhone has 13.7 version. And not able to update to 15.2 latest

Hi thanks for response Yes I know the link you shared :-) It’s throws above message n once I click continue nothing happens. I have enough storage available (>10gb). Tried disabling and enabling automatic update option but didn’t go through in night.

Based on the message in the screen shot you posted, no. You don't.
No beta and vpn. Unfortunately don’t have laptop to update via iTunes
