Ghost touch

If the ghost touch doesn’t go away is it apples job to replace or fix your phone ?? They messed it up with the update !! They should be responsible and accountable for their actions. They are known to purposely mess with your phone so you will buy another phone.

If it's still within warranty they may replace the device or perhaps replace the screen assembly if that's the reason.


There are several reasons for it, and nearly all are related to physical issues with the hardware such as a failing digitizer, connection to the digitizer, or a malfunctioning control IC. Software doesn't such problems. Mostly it's something getting damaged.

They did not get sued for making people buy new iPhones nor did they settle to that charge. They made a change to iPhones at the time that had a battery issue (not all of them) that if they were showing a problem instead of letting the phone just suddenly turn off it would slow the processor. Their mistake was not telling people they did this and allowing you to turn the feature off, which they later added. That is far what you accuse then of.
