How to identify Apple USB 20W power adapter is original because I am order this on Amazon but when we received this parcel box is open so I want to confirm this is original or duplicate..

Amazon, I believe, is an Authorized Apple Reseller. However, the vendor they may have used to fulfill this order may not be. Regardless, it should come it sealed with shrink wrap. Was it?
You can try entering the serial number here: Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support Note: I'm not 100% sure that power adapters can be verified via this method. I just tried the one you provided and it did not recognize it.
