I transferred one Iphone to another used Iphone. Everything is working except text.

How do I get text to work after switching to a used IPhone from my current Iphone?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 15

You will need to move your SIM card from the old phone to the new one or contact your carrier to get the new phone activated.
