Question: Xcode: iPhone is busy: Preparing the watch for development via iPhone

Question

Often when I try to use Xcode to build and run an app on my iPhone I have to wait a long time because a message is displayed.

This was not a problem prior to Xcode 13.

My iPhone and Watch have the latest public releases of the OS installed (no betas) and I'm using Xcode 13.2.1 on Monterey 12.1

MacBook Pro (2020 and later)

I have the same problem and I don't know how to thur this unwanted feature OFF.
