I want to get an Apple Watch Series 7 but I do NOT want cellular. The only option for GPS only seems to be the aluminum case. I wanted to get stainless steel or titanium. Can I get one of those without cellular (only GPS)? If I can’t get stainless steel/titanium without cellular (only GPS) will I have to pay for cellular if I do not activate it?

Stainless or Titanium Apple Watches ONLY come as GPS+ Cellular. That is part of the added cost. While you cannot purchase one which is GPS only, you can use a GPS+ Cellular Apple Watch as a GPS only device by not adding cellular service to the watch.

No you won't. Of course for the watch to receive phone calls, text messages, etc., your iPhone will need to be close to your watch.
And I won’t have to pay any kind of monthly fee for said unactivated cellular service?
