Markup ruler disappeared below menu

Saw this question asked last year, I had same problem, then found solution which couldn’t be added to previous question.

Answer:

Whilst on markup, physically rotate phone from portrait to landscape (take off portrait lock if it’s on), tap ruler then rotate back to portrait and it should come back on screen. If not try repeating process.

Kinnser patient signature webpage sizing issue on iphones As I have seen a lot of people had the same issue as me. In order to get a patient sign in Kinnser on an iphone, since it is a website, the screen zooming/screen size was impossible to adjust. I heard a solution today that worked!!! Go to the website, once logged in, on the left lower corner tab on the AA, at the bottom of the list it shows you a small A and a percentage and next to it a larger sized A. Tab on the smaller A to reduce Zoom on the website and reduce to 50%. You will see, next time you tab on the little red house icon, you will be able to see the whole screen. Just in case, turn off and back on your phone but it should work. I had tried several other ways to reduce the site size and enable zooming in/out etc through Settings, but nothing worked. Hope this helps!

glitch with switching phone orientation sometimes after viewing a YouTube video in landscape on my iPhone (iPhone 13 max pro) the iPhone will not switch back to portrait, this also happens in WhatsApp. to resolve the issue i will have to close the app and reopen it. When i swipe up the app (YouTube/WhatsApp) show up in landscape on the list of apps. I have had occasion where that problem landscape/portrait switch issue just happens. this issue is intermittent is any one else experiencing this or has a fix.
