I cannot sign in to my Apple TV

When I try to sign into my Apple ID there is an incorrect I’d and I forgot my password

Do you have the Apple TV app on a smart TV or third party streaming device? Then reset the app to remove the incorrect account. Reset the Apple TV app - Apple Support.
