We understand that you would like to try to restore permanently deleted videos. Usually when videos are "permanently deleted" they are gone and not recoverable. However, you can take a look at this support article to see if anything here can help you recover them:

Additionally, if you have a backup from when the videos were still on your device, you can try restoring that backup and may be able to recover the video that way. A word of caution, restoring a backup will restore the device to the condition at the time of the backup, any new data or changes to the device after the backup will be lost.
