MyKeto Subscription not active but still being charged?
Hi
i have been trying to cancel a subscription for the MyKeto app. It is not showing as active anywhere on my AppleID but they are still charging me every month. I have contacted support@myketo.care who just keep referring me back to Apple. How do I get rid of this thing? I don’t have the app anymore, and no way to cancel it without Apple’s help.
