I put a video from Mac to shared video album. from Mac I see that video has been downloaded to the folder but on other devices (iPhone) there are no update in sharing video folder.
MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13
On the Mac place the video in the iCloud Drive folder.
On iPhone use Files app, see: Use the Files app on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

Then on iPhone start Files app -> tap iCloud Drive -> tap Video folder.

I signed in with cloud and I used same option before successfully. just recently it stoped showing latest update.
