Paypal Apple ID issues (verify)

Hey, iam coming across I really annoying issue. Everytime I try to make a IAP with PayPal I get the error “unable to make purchase”, I then go to my payment methods to see this. T••••••••l@gmail.com(verify). I don’t know what to do or what to verify please help

Why can I not edit or verify my payment information on my account? I tried to re download an app I already paid for and all of a sudden my payment information is all wrong and needs verification. When before, everything was going good all things considered with it. No problems at all till I tried to verify it. But now, every time I try to verify it with the correct information, it keeps telling me there’s a problem. Is there no way to fix this? Is it impossible to get any kind of support on this? This is not the first time this has happened. Can’t find anything to help me!

Why does my payment method keep failing? I’ve entered different cards and they all say “failed” after verifying the payment method. And since it keeps failing, my iCloud + isn’t being paid for. How do I get it to verify?

Make sure that your PayPal account has linked a Credicard or a bank account

It’s been linked to a bank account of ING I don’t know if that matters.
