How do i change from scribble to keyboard on iwatch series 7

If you don’t see the keyboard, swipe up from the bottom, then tap the Keyboard button.

It didn’t work, when i swipe up i only have the scribble option, I don’t have the keyboard option

Same here - that response didn’t work/help
so me and my girlfreind got 2 watches, one from at&t the other from tmobile, the one from t mobile dosnt have a keyboard either, but the one from at&t does. Same exact watch.
Nop nothing helped
I am trying to figure this out as well. Anyone get it yet?
