Pairing Airpods

I have a solid white light when I try to pair to my Iphone and it won't connect. It all started when the left airpod stopped working for some reason.... I reset it and it still wasn't working. So I tried to reset again and now they won't pair and there is a solid white light instead of a blinking white light.

if the light on the AirPod case is solid white when holding down the pairing button and never flashes white…. . Remove each AirPod from the case for about 10 seconds and put back in the case and it should pair.

Hey mattynez,

We understand that you're no longer able to connect your AirPods to your iPhone after resetting those twice. Check out the steps below, from the following article, to see if that helps: If your AirPods won't connect - Apple Support

"If you can't connect to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

  1. Make sure that you have an iPhone or iPod touch with the latest version of iOS, or an iPad with the latest version of iPadOS.
  2. Put both AirPods in the charging case and make sure that both AirPods are charging.
  3. To make sure that Bluetooth is on, go to Settings > Bluetooth."

Let us know if those steps help or if you've already tried those steps.

Best wishes to you.
