One mailbox disappeared iPhone 11

A mailbox within my inbox on iPhone 11 disappeared. How can I recover it?

If you go online, can you view the mailboxes in webmail?

Hi 54Clancy,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It appears that you're missing a mailbox in the Mail app. Is this for iCloud mail or another mail provider? Do you use any other devices with the same Apple ID? Are the mailboxes missing there as well.

Hello again!

I am using an MSN email address in the iPhone mail. My iPad and iPhone use the same Apple ID.

This particular mailbox has been odd. When I got the iPad, the one mailbox never synced. I created a different mailbox on the iPad and put some of the same material in it (over a year ago) Yesterday I found that the IPad mailbox was on my phone and my iPhone mailbox was gone.
