Regenerate New Recovery Key

Cannot find recovery key after move, Googled regenerate new key, but my Apple ID P&S screen does not match or have as option (ver 15.2) and Apple ID Security not helpful either with frustrating loops that don’t resolve/help in this matter. What can I do to fix or get new key?
