Ipad unknown error occurred (9)

Hello,

I have been trying to restore or even update my Ipad. I keep getting the same message on both.

The IPad could not be updated. An Unknown error occured (9). I have tried all the steps that Apple posts. Nothing has resolved this issue. I'm at a loss. I have even tried ReiBoot with no luck. This Ipad was working just fine. I never had any issues. I'm at a loss as to what I need to do.
