When I try to pair my Apple Watch3 with my iPhone, it says my Apple ID can't be used to unlock this Apple Watch. It is the ID listed on my phone.
Why won't it accept this Apple ID?
Apparently it was set up with a different Apple ID.

How do I get it unpaired? Is that possible? And how did that happen? Was I a victim of re-gifting?
Any idea how I can undo this and use my ID?
