I can not add my credit card in the wallet

I followed the guidelines on this side https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205630 but still can not add my credit card in the wallet.
Please tell me why?

What happens when you try? Not all cards are supported in Apple Wallet. Check with your bank or card issuer to see if they support their card being used in Apple Pay. Do you live in a region that supports Apple Pay?
