non delivery

I ordered a new phone on December 14th. It still isn't here. I got a message from UPS that it was out for delivery on December 26th. Then they didn't deliver. They made a new delivery date for the next day. This has happened every day since then. Is there any way to get them to deliver the phone? Or could I cancel the order and go pick it up at an apple store?
